By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use DigixSkill Auto Invoice Generator (the "Service").

The Service is a billing tool that helps Indian businesses create GST-compliant invoices, quotations, cash memos, estimates and receipts. It is not accounting, legal or tax advice.

Every new account gets a 3-day free trial with full access. No card is required. After the trial you must purchase a lifetime plan to continue creating documents.

The lifetime plan is a one-time payment (launch price ₹499, regular price ₹1,499) and includes free updates for all Version 1.x releases. Future major versions may be sold separately.

Because the free trial lets you evaluate every feature, lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another user's data.
• Use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading documents.
• Resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.

You own the business data you enter (customers, products, invoices, logo, signature, stamp). You grant us the minimal permissions required to store and display it back to you.

The Service computes tax based on the rates and states you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of those inputs and for filing your GST returns.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
