1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy is maintained by the DigixSkill team, the operators of DigixSkill Auto Invoice Generator (the "App"). We provide invoicing software to Indian businesses and freelancers.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: email address, name and (for Google sign-in) your Google profile.
- Business data you enter: business profile, GSTIN, customers, products, invoices, quotations, receipts and settings.
- Uploaded assets: logo, digital signature, company stamp and UPI QR code.
- Usage data: basic diagnostic logs required to keep the service running.
3. How we use your data
We use your data only to provide and improve the App. We do not sell your data. We do not share your business data with any third party except the infrastructure providers required to run the App (hosting and database).
4. Data isolation and security
Every user's data is fully isolated using row-level security at the database layer. Nobody — including other users of the App — can read, modify or delete your data. Uploaded files are stored in a private bucket accessible only to you.
5. Data retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by writing to info@digixskill.in; we will erase your business records within 30 days of the request.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct or export your data from within the App. For any additional privacy request, contact info@digixskill.in.
7. Children
The App is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the App.
